Policies

Cancellation

The 50% upfront booking amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. If the full package price has already been paid, cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the departure date will result in a forfeiture of only the 50% booking amount. Any cancellations made within 14 days of departure will result in a forfeiture of the entire tour cost (100%).

Refund

Refunds are only applicable to payments made beyond the non-refundable 50% booking amount, provided the cancellation falls within our stipulated cancellation policy. Please allow up to 14 business days for the applicable refund to reflect in your account after the cancellation has been confirmed. Refunds will be issued in the same currency and method as the original payment.

Payment

A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of the total tour package cost is required upfront to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the trip starts. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.

We reserve the right to modify itineraries or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, with full notification to the customer.
