Policies

Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total tour package cost. For cancellations made between 15 to 30 days, a fee of 50% will apply. Any cancellations made within 14 days of departure will result in a forfeiture of the entire tour cost.

Refund

Refunds will be processed for cancellations that fall within our stipulated cancellation policy. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the cancellation has been confirmed. Refunds will be issued in the same currency and method as the original payment.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour package cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the departure date. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.
